Zach Hershoff '11 is in his fifth year as Head Coach of the Ripon College Men's Soccer team. Prior to his current position, Hershoff served as Ripon's assistant coach for two years.
No stranger to the Red Hawks, Hershoff played four years with the team from 2007-10. He was a Senior on Ripon's last Midwest Conference Championship (2010), which finished 8-1 in conference play and earned hosting rights for the 2010 MWC Tournament.
A 2010 All-Conference Second Team selection, Hershoff ranks fourth in school history for career assists (14). He also tallied six goals and 26 points in his 70 career games with the Red Hawks.
After graduating with a degree in Psychology, Hershoff served as an assistant coach for the Lakeland College men’s soccer team in Plymouth, Wis. for two years. While at Lakeland, he earned a Master’s degree in Counseling.
Hershoff currently works with the Appleton Soccer Club as a staff coach and trainer, assisting many different age groups while focusing on the development of these youth players. Additionally, he runs and assists in different youth programs around the Fox Valley area.
Hershoff is originally from New Berlin, Wis. where he attended Eisenhower High School. He resides in Neenah, Wis. with his wife Inga (Johnson) ’10.
