Ripon College Athletics

Coach Cole coaches Cross Country and distance events in Track part-time as an assistant alongside Head Cross Country Coach Drew Hoffman at Ripon College. Coach Cole hails originally from Springfield, IL, home of the Springfield Senators. She attended high school and graduated from Springfield High School in 2015, competing in Cross Country and Track and Field all four years. She is an alumna of Illinois Wesleyan University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology, where she also competed collegiately for 4 years in Cross Country and Track and Field. She was a National Qualifier in Cross Country in 2018 and was a distance specialist in Track and Field, specifically competing in the 5k and 10k outdoors. 

Coach Cole spent time at Elmhurst University to earn her Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2024 and served as a Graduate Assistant Coach of the Cross Country and Track teams during that time. Following graduation from her Master's program, Coach Cole served as the primary Distance Track Coach for the Lady Rams at Glenbard East High School in Lombard, IL for one season, partnering closely with fellow IWU alumna and friend, Head Coach Dr. Netherland Joiner, DC.

Coach Cole spends her time employed at Ripon College as Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness on campus, and her weekends and evenings coaching Cross Country and Track. She loves Cross Country most of all, and is proud to be a Red Hawk.
