Jeff Andes is in his fifth season as an assistant coach for the Ripon College softball team.
Andes, a Tincher Certified pitching instructor, serves as the pitching coach for the Red Hawks. He is involved in all aspects of the program, with an emphasis working with outfielders.

"Jeff brings a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm to our program," said Head Coach Steve Wammer.
Andes has extensive experience in fastpitch in Wisconsin, having coached at many levels in the Mayville Sting organization, as well as serving on their board since 2011. He also served as pitching/assistant coach at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

In addition to his coaching duties at Ripon, Andes is the owner of Andes Fastpitch Development and JNJ Construction services. He and his wife Janine reside in Theresa, Wis., and are the parents of three, Megan, Samantha, and Caleb.
