Ripon College Athletics

Mark Dechant is in his third season as an assistant softball coach at Ripon College. Mark has been coaching in the region for over a decade. He is currently the President and 18U coach of the Wisconsin Scorpions, a position he has held since 2017. He also is the West Bend East Head Softball Coach. Prior to that he was the JV coach for Campbellsport High School for four years, and was with the Mayville Sting organization from 2013 to 2017.
 

In his free time, he enjoys family time and in the winter RC racing with his friends. Mark’s family includes his wife Angela, who is supportive in his coaching duties as well as takes many photographs when she is available, his daughter Adriana, who is a floating manager at Duncan and his assistant coach at 18U and West Bend East, and his son AJ, who is a mechanic and is in the Army Reserves. Mark and Angela reside in Campbellsport, Wisconsin.
