The 2024-25 season is Dave Johnson's 10th as an Assistant Coach for the Ripon women's basketball team.
Johnson, who is the father of Ripon Head Coach Lauren Busalacchi, has 39 years of coaching and teaching experience and has coached basketball, baseball, softball, track and cross country at the high school level. He spent 17 years as a teacher and coach at Holmen School District before serving in the same capacity for 13 years at Black River Falls School District.
Johnson earned his B.S. from UW-La Crosse in 1975, before receiving his Master's degree from his alma mater in 1996.
