Jennifer Finco (Dimos) is the 14th head coach in Ripon College Women's Soccer history. She begins her fifth season at the helm in 2026.

The 2025 season had the Red Hawks improve their conference standing, moving up to a sixth place MWC finish, while midfielder Martina Palazzolo earned second-team All-Conference honors after her junior season. Once again, the Red Hawks allowed the fourth fewest goals in the MWC, while goalkeeper Britt Hable notched the third most saves in the conference, also helping the program record five shutouts.

2024 saw the Red Hawks earn five wins and a seventh place conference finish, while giving up the fourth fewest goals in the MWC.

In just her second season, Finco led Ripon to new heights and a historic season. The Red Hawks set school records in single-season shutouts (9) and goals given up in a season (13) while Andreanna Wilke was the NCAA statistical champion with a 92.9% single-season save percentage and tied an individual school record with seven complete-game shutouts as the Red Hawks had their highest win total since 2017 (8). For her efforts, Wilke was named a second-team All-Midwest Conference performer.

Finco came to Ripon from UW-La Crosse, where she served as an assistant coach for the Eagles for three years. While at UW-L, Finco assisted in all facets of running a nationally competitive Division-III women's soccer program, including training, recruiting, team operations, alumni engagement, fundraising, game day operations, and scheduling. In addition to her duties at UW-L, Finco also served as Youth Program Director for Rush Wisconsin West Soccer in La Crosse, while also serving as a session coach for the Wisconsin Olympic Development Program.

Prior to her time at UW-La Crosse, Finco was an assistant coach at Smith College in Northampton, Mass. While at Smith, Finco was able to gain experience scouting and recruiting, while also focusing on alumni engagement, team operations, and fundraising. She has also served as Head Soccer Coach for Global Premier Soccer Club in Wilbraham, Mass. and as Youth Soccer Coach for Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy.

Finco graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. in 2017, where she played four years for the Tigers' women's soccer team. As a senior, she was selected as team captain as voted upon by teammates and coaches. She earned Second Team All-Conference honors on two occasions while earning four varsity letters and starting every game during her career (72 consecutive starts).

Finco holds a United States Soccer Federation National 'D' License, while also receiving her United Soccer Coaches Level 1 GoalKeeper diploma. Finco also holds positions as the Senior Woman Administrator and Title IX Coordinator for Ripon College, in addition to her coaching duties.
