Koster is in her third season as a volunteer assistant coach for Ripon's volleyball program.
A 2017 graduate of Ripon College, Koster played three sports for the Red Hawks, competing in volleyball, basketball, and softball. During her four years with the Red Hawks' volleyball team, Koster appeared in 87 career matches. The Ripon, Wis. native and Berlin High School product compiled 120 career kills, 140 assists, 31 service aces, 577 digs, and 22 blocks during her college career.
Koster also serves as the Director of the Willmore Center and Athletic Facilities at Ripon College. Her duties include scheduling of facilities, attracting new events to the Willmore Center, Revenue Generation and budgeting of the Willmore Center, hiring, training and evaluating a student staff of more than 30 people, and ensuring building safety, among other things.
