RIPON, Wis. - In a game that was evenly played for most of the day, the Ripon men's soccer team lost to Beloit College 1-0 Wednesday afternoon in a battle of two Midwest Conference teams. The Buccaneers also out-shot the Red Hawks 18-14 on the day, including 10-7 in the first half.
The game's only goal came in the 60th minute when Isaiah Turner-Wyatt notched his second of the season on an assist from Andrei Vile. Ripon (3-7-0, 0-4-0 MWC) had a few chances in the final minutes, but couldn't get the ball past Beloit's defense.

Brady Stockwell played the entire game between the pipes for the Red Hawks, making 10 saves, while Jere Bauer saved seven shots in 90 minutes for the Buccaneers (4-5-1, 1-3-1 MWC).
The Red Hawks will be in action again on Friday when they'll play Dordt College at Mulder Field in Waupun, Wis. That game is scheduled to kickoff at 7 p.m.
