RIPON, Wis. - Ripon suffered their first conference loss of the season Friday night, falling to Illinois College in four sets. After winning the first set 25-19, the Red Hawks dropped the next three, 18-25, 20-25, 19-25.
The Red Hawks (6-13, 1-1 MWC) were led by
Kat Kulas' 14 kills and .290 hitting percentage.
Brooke Bauer added 11 kills, while
Emily Allard was third on the team with six kills. Allard led the team in assists with 19, while also recording 15 digs.
Stacie Klika led the team with 19 digs, while
Kendra Holte was the team-leader in service aces with five.
Illinois College (8-10, 2-1 MWC) saw Ali Pankey lead the team with 18 kills, while Maddie Ramsey recorded 10 kills. Elizabeth Ganley led the team in assists with 43, while Pankey and Madie Budd each led the team with 16 digs.
