RIPON, Wis. - Despite winning Wednesday's first set against St. Norbert 25-23, Ripon's volleyball team lost the match, as the Green Knights took the next three sets 25-18, 25-22, and 25-12. Ripon finished the match with 45 kills and a hitting percentage of .141, while St. Norbert had 60 kills and a hitting percentage of .303.
Sophomore
Emily Allard recorded nearly half of Ripon's kills, tying a career-high with 20, to go along with nine digs and a hitting percentage of .183. FreshmanÂ
Inesha Wiseman added 10 kills, while
Kaylie Marks posted nine.
Olivia Heck led all players with 36 assists, leaving her six shy of the eighth-most career assists in program history, while also adding 11 digs and a team-high two service aces.
Stacie Klika led all players with 20 digs.
St. Norbert (8-11, 4-1 MWC) was led by Grace Baumann's 22 kills and 12 digs. Lexie Van Hiel added 15 kills, while Halie Ferry posted 14. Emily Rohloff led the Green Knights with 26 assists, while Jaisah Lee recorded a team-high 18 digs.
