LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Ripon's volleyball team lost in three sets at Lake Forest College on Friday night, falling by a score of 25-20, 25-22, 25-23. Lake Forest finished the match with 42 kills and a .206 hitting percentage, while Ripon recorded 33 kills and a .133 hitting percentage.
Ripon (9-17, 3-5 MWC) was led by
Emily Allard's 11 kills, giving her 309 for the season, which is the third-most in the MWC. Allard also led Ripon in digs (15) during Friday's match, whileÂ
Inesha Wiseman and
Brooke Bauer each recorded seven kills.
Olivia Heck led the Red Hawks with 28 assists, to go along with 11 digs, while
Micaela Encarnacion added 14 digs.
Grace Larson led Lake Forest (12-15, 5-4 MWC) with 15 kills and a hitting percentage of .250, while also leading the team with three service aces. Olivia Rhodes led the Foresters with 30 assists, while Emily Witz registered a match-high 19 digs.
