RIPON, Wis. – The Ripon College women's swimming & diving team lost a 126-79 decision to Lawrence Saturday afternoon in a dual meet.
Sky Domingo picked up a victory in the 1,000-yard freestyle by nearly 43 seconds. She won the event in 11:48.34. Domingo also claimed the 500-yard freestyle title. She bested the field by nearly 1:30. Domingo touched the wall in 5:48.04.
Natalie Weidner took home the 50-yard freestyle by eight-hundredths of a second. She took home the title in 27.00.
Sophie Czerwonka notched a winning time of 1:14.86 in the 100-yard freestyle.
The 100-yard freestyle saw Weidner and
Lauren Bahr take the silver and bronze medals, narrowly falling to Emily Hornung. Weider touched the wall in 1:00.45 while Bahr finished in 1:00.56.
The 100-yard backstroke featured Ripon go second and third.
Grace McCrery finished in 1:11.89 while Moore garnered a time of 1:12.22.
The Red Hawks return to action Saturday, Nov. 5 when they host Beloit College at 1 p.m.
