DE PERE, Wis. – The Ripon College men's swimming and diving team competed at St. Norbert Saturday afternoon in a dual meet.
St. Norbert won the meet by a score of 140-47.
Brigham Freeman took home the title in the 1,000 freestyle, touching the wall in 10:41.66. He won the event by nearly 20 seconds. Freeman accounted for a second-place effort in the 500 freestyle after touching the wall in 5:15.55. Â
Cooper Herr followed him up by claiming the championship in the 200 freestyle. He notched a time of 1:50.73.
Herr notched a second-place effort in the 100 freestyle. He posted a time of 48.72.
Ben Rahlf's time of 2:08.15 was good enough for the bronze medal in the 200 IM. Â
Ben Chambers' mark of 1:03.39 in the 100 backstroke allowed him to take third place.
The Red Hawks return to action Saturday, Jan. 28 when they compete at the Wisconsin Private College Championships in Kenosha, Wis.
