Red Hawks Fall to Lawrence in Final Home Match of Fall

RIPON, Wisconsin – The Ripon women's tennis program rounded out its home fall schedule on Saturday afternoon, falling to Lawrence 8-1.
 
Though Ripon (1-8, 0-4 MWC) was competitive in doubles, Lawrence (2-5, 2-2 MWC) entered singles with a 3-0 lead.
 
The Red Hawks were unable to make up ground in singles, though Allison Pavolvec did claim a three-set, 3-6, 6-1, (10-6) win on court three over Logan Kane for the lone Ripon win of the day.
 
NEXT UP: Ripon finishes the team portion of its fall schedule next Saturday (October 7), playing matches at Grinnell at 9 a.m. and at Cornell at 3 p.m.
