RIPON, Wisconsin – Three members of the Ripon women's tennis program received Academic All-District honors by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Chase Polyak,
Allison Pavlovec and
Aubrey Malotky were all recognized for their efforts in the classroom and on the court.
Polyak, a junior Communications and English major from Lombard, Illinois, was 2-16 in singles playing solely from the top spot in the lineup. Also playing from the first line in doubles, she went 3-15.
Pavlovec, a sophomore History and Political Science major from Decorah, Iowa, led Ripon with four singles victories from the second and third lines. She also had a team-high five doubles wins playing at all three spots in the lineup.
Malotky, a junior Finance and Communications major from Clintonville, Wisconsin, sported a 2-12 dual singles record from the fourth, fifth and sixth lines. In doubles, she was 0-1 occupying the third spot.
Ripon finished the season 3-17 overall and 0-6 in Midwest Conference action.
