DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Ripon men's tennis program finished the non-conference portion of its 2024-25 schedule on Thursday afternoon, falling to Loras 7-0 at the Tucker Tennis Courts.
 
Ripon (5-10) fell behind 1-0 after doubles, as Loras (5-10) took all three courts. However, the Red Hawks put up a fight – the Duhawk wins on courts two and three were 6-4 and 7-5, respectively.
 
In singles, Loras quickly doubled its lead with a victory on court four. Then, the opposition inched closer to the match victory with a straight-set win on court five.
 
The Duhawks secured the overall match win with triumphs on the first, second, third and sixth courts.
 
NEXT UP: Ripon opens Midwest Conference play next Saturday (April 5) as the Red Hawks host Lake Forest at 3 p.m.
