OSHKOSH, Wis. -- The Red Hawks Men's Cross Country program is expected to finish fourth in conference competition this season, according to the Midwest Conference (MWC) Preseason Coaches' Poll released on Aug 25.
Ripon College placed fourth at least year's conference championship, with Cornell College claiming the title. While the Red Hawks return no All-Conference runners, the team boasts the largest cross country incoming class in school history, with senior
Jeremy Saloun (Portage, Wis., Portage HS) leading the pack after finishing just two spots out of an All-Conference position. In the nearly 100 year long history of men's cross country in the MWC, only Grinnell and Cornell have claimed team championships.
