GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Ripon College cross country team continues their season at the freshman-only meet hosted by UW-Green Bay, with several Red Hawks turning in strong performances.
On the women's side,
Sienna Timm (Scandinavia, Wis., Waupaca HS) led Ripon with a time of 24:31.4 to place 94th overall. She was followed closely by
Leah Page (Ripon, Wis., Ripon HS), who crossed in 25:10.4 for 123rd place.
Tatum Packard (Moab, Ut., Grand County HS) (27:14.9) and
Lily McHugh (Appleton, Wis., Xavier HS) (27:56.1) rounded out the runners for the Red Hawk freshman women, placing 148th and 153rd, respectively.
In the men's race, Ripon finished eighth as a team, led by
Finn Lettau (Neenah, Wis., Neenah HS), who placed 44th in 27:11.4.
Nathan Johnson (Neenah, Wis., Neenah HS) (27:19.3) and
Connor McBride (Queen Creek, Ariz., Basha HS) (27:24.7) finished just behind him in 48th and 49th, while
Drew Kaufmann
(Watertown, Wis., Watertown HS) (28:15.8) and
Adam Klemm (Yorkville, Ill., Yorkville HS) (28:31.3) completed the team's scoring in 51st and 54th place.
Michael Corral RasconÂ
(Aurora, Colo., Vista Peak Prep) (28:42.5) and
Aidan Ruedinger (Oshkosh, Wis., Ripon HS) (29:19.5) also competed for the Red Hawks.
