OSHKOSH, Wis. -- Junior forward Sophie Schlieve (Antigo, Wis., Antigo HS) has been named the Midwest Conference (MWC) Performer of the Week following her play in two conference wins for the Red Hawks against Monmouth and Illinois College.

Schlieve averaged 13 points and 9 rebounds per game this week for the Red Hawks, adding in 2 blocks in both conference wins. Schlieve currently sits at fourth in the conference for blocks this season, and takes home her third Performer of the Week honor this season. The Red Hawks continue to put together their strongest start to a season since 2002-03, sitting at 13-2 overall and 6-0 in conference play.
