GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Senior Alex Pankratz (Waupaca, Wis., Waupaca HS) and sophomore Alex Ramus (Appleton, Wis., Appleton North HS) have been awarded Academic All-District honors by College Sports Communicators (CSC), as announced this Tuesday, June 2. 

Requiring student-athletes to maintain a GPA above 3.5 while playing in at least 90% of team contests (or starting at least two-thirds of contests), Academic All-District honors are awarded to sophomores and above in recognition of their athletic and academic achievement. Pankratz, playing second base for the Red Hawks, appeared in 36 games for Ripon, with all of his appearances coming as a starter. Ramus, playing at third, appeared in 29 games this season for the Red Hawks, starting in 28 of them.
