Nodolf earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2000 and currently serves as the Director of Fastener Manufacturing at National Rivet. Alongside his engineering and manufacturing career, Nodolf has dedicated more than 15 years to coaching basketball at multiple levels.
He founded the Ripon Girls Hoops Club in 2015, helping establish a strong developmental pipeline for young athletes in the community. From 2016–2018, he served as an assistant women’s basketball coach for the Ripon College Red Hawks. In 2018, he transitioned to the high school ranks, taking on the role of varsity girls basketball coach at Ripon High School, where he led the program through 2025.
Nodolf’s coaching career reflects a deep commitment to developing athletes, building programs, and growing the game at both the youth and competitive levels.
