AUBURNDALE, Wis. - Ripon recorded six hits Tuesday night, but couldn't string any together, losing to Brockport State 6-0. Brockport registered 13 hits in the game with five of their six runs being earned.

Brockport (7-2) got on the board in the bottom of the second with three runs coming on a trio of RBI singles. They added a run in both the fifth and sixth on two more RBI singles and capped the scoring in the eighth with a run-scoring single to right field.

Ripon (0-4) saw two hits from both Michael Polcyn and Nick Schmitt, while Tom Sawyer and Nick Uhen also added a base knock. Michael Anderson (0-1) suffered the loss, allowing five runs in 5.1 innings of work.

The Red Hawks will be in action again on Wednesday when they'll face Hope College at 3 p.m. ET. That game will be played at Chain of Lakes Field One in Winter Haven, Fla.
