RIPON, Wis. - On Friday, October 7, the Ripon College volleyball team will host their annual "Play For The Cure" event, which is a collaboration between the American Cancer Society and Midwest Conference that empowers coaches, teams, and local communities to raise awareness and money for cancer research. The match will begin at 7 p.m. in Storzer Center against Illinois College, with all proceeds going directly to the American Cancer Society

As part of this initiative, players and coaches will wear pink before and during the match. All fans in attendance are asked to support breast cancer awareness by wearing pink to the games. In lieu of admission, donations will be accepted at the door.
Donations will also be collected throughout the night, with pink ribbons available for a small donation.
