OSHKOSH, Wis. - Playing in their final Midwest Conference match of 2013, the Ripon men's tennis team lost to Lawrence Thursday night, 8-1. The Vikings won all six singles matches on the night, while also taking two of the three doubles matches.

Ripon's only victory came at number one doubles where Eric Seiler and Connor Greenwald teamed up to defeat Cooper Smith and Jeremy Andereck, 8-2.

In singles play, Seiler and Brian Schumacher both put up a fight at the number one and four flights, respectively. Seiler lost his match, 1-6, 3-6, while Schumacher lost his, 3-6, 2-6.

The Red Hawks will conclude their 2013 regular season on Friday when they'll battle Marian University. That match will begin at 6 p.m. in Fond du Lac, Wis.
