DULUTH, Minn. - The Ripon men's tennis team lost to St. Scholastica Friday afternoon, 7-2, with both of their victories coming in singles play.

Eric Seiler led the way for the Red Hawks (0-6), as he improved his season record to 4-2 at the number one flight with a 6-1, 6-1 victory. J.J. Grinde was also victorious for Ripon, winning 6-2, 6-4 at the number four flight.

In doubles play, St. Scholastica (4-2) won all three matches by a combined score of 24-5. Ripon's closest doubles match came at the top flight, where Seiler and Lincoln Wurtz teamed up in an 8-3 defeat.

The Red Hawks will be in action again on Saturday, as they'll battle Bethany Lutheran and Simpson at 9 a.m. and Noon, respectively.
