RIPON, Wis. - Ripon's men's tennis team dominated Illinois College Sunday morning, defeating the Blueboys 9-0, to earn their first conference victory of the season.

In singles play, Eric Seiler won his match at the top flight, 6-0, 6-1. That was followed by wins by Lincoln Wurtz, J.J. Grinde, and Anders Goodwin in flights two through four, respectively. All three of those players won their respective match by identical 6-0, 6-0 scores.

Seiler and Goodwin then teamed up in doubles play to win at the top flight by a score of 8-2. Wurtz and Julian also teamed up to win their number two doubles flight, 8-0.

The Red Hawks (2-12, 1-2 MWC) will hope to keep things rolling on Wednesday, when they'll battle St. Norbert College. That match will begin at 7 p.m. at Center Court in Fond du Lac.
