Ripon's men's tennis team lost both of their matches on Sunday by identical 9-0 scores. The Red Hawks lost at Carroll University in the morning, before dropping their match at Lake Forest College in the afternoon.

In their first match of the day, Ripon (1-15, 0-6 MWC) was most competitive at the number three singles flight where Zach Muench lost 6-3, 6-2. In doubles play, Carroll (5-11, 2-4 MWC) won all three matches by a combined score of 24.2.

The Red Hawks then traveled down the road to Lake Forest (12-7, 5-1 MWC) where the Foresters won the top four singles flights, before taking the final two flights by default. In doubles play, Lake Forest won the top two flights by a combined score of 16-3, before winning the third by default.

Ripon will be in action again on Wednesday when they'll face St. Norbert College at 8 p.m. at Western Raquet Club in Green Bay, Wis.
