RIPON, Wisconsin – For the second time this season, 
Bridget Finn of the Ripon women's track and field program has been recognized as the Midwest Conference Track Performer of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Finn had a standout meet on Friday at the Indoor Eagle Open hosted by UW-La Crosse. She set four PR's in the high jump, 60-meter hurdles, 4x400 relay and shot put. Her high jump result of 1.58m is third all-time at Ripon and second in the Midwest Conference this season, while her 60 hurdles time of 9.58 is the fourth-fastest in school history and the top time in the MWC this season. Additionally, she ran the fastest split on Ripon's 4x400 relay which is the second-best overall time in the league (4:11.51).
 
This is the second career weekly award for Finn and the fifth honor for Ripon this season after 
Jacoby Cefalu and 
Jenny Cortes swept the MWC Performer of the Week awards on January 16, Finn was honored on January 30 and Cortes again received recognition on February 13.
 
Ripon hosts the Midwest Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday and Saturday (February 23-24) inside the Willmore Center. Friday's meet begins at 1 p.m., while Saturday's events start at 10:30 a.m.
