Caleb Sippel and
Austin Stevens of the Ripon men's and women's tennis programs have been named Academic All-District athletes by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) as announced on Tuesday.
Endrizzi, a senior Biology major from La Crosse, Wisconsin, went 3-17 in singles play competing at the top two spots in the lineup. In doubles, she went 6-16 from the top two spots.
Pavlovec, a junior History and Political Science major from Decorah, Iowa, tied for the team lead with six singles wins. She also tied for the team high with seven doubles victories.
Skoglund, a junior Finance and Economics major from Roberts, Wisconsin, tied Pavlovec for the team lead with seven doubles wins. She also chipped in four singles wins from the first, second, third and fifth lines.
Sippel, a junior Biology major from Appleton, Wisconsin, played on the top line in singles and doubles all year for the men's squad. He led Ripon with nine singles wins and was second on the team with six doubles victories.
Stevens, a junior Economics and Business Management major from Mukwonago, Wisconsin, was second on the team with six doubles wins. He also contributed four singles victories from the second and third spots in the lineup.
The Ripon men finished the 2024-25 season 6-15 overall and 1-5 in Midwest Conference play. The women had a record of 4-20 overall and 0-6 in MWC action. Both teams eclipsed their 2023-24 win totals.
