RIPON, Wis. -- Ripon College's success in the classroom continues to shine through its swim & dive program, as five student-athletes were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.
Senior Kennedy Moore, a Communication and Sociology major from De Pere, Wisconsin, headlines the group. Known for her leadership and consistency, Moore has set the standard for balancing academics and athletics throughout her career, and she also earned the Elite 20 Award this season.
Lillian McGuire, a Psychology major from Crystal Lake, Illinois, also earns the honor. McGuire has been a dependable presence for Ripon, bringing the same level of focus to her studies as she does in competition.
Senior Natalie Weidner, a Biology major from Portage, Wisconsin, is recognized as well. Taking on the challenges of a demanding major, Weidner has continued to excel both in the classroom and in the pool.
Junior Wil Hargrave, a double major in Environmental Studies and Biology from Ripon, Wisconsin, adds his name to the list. Hargrave's ability to manage a rigorous academic workload while competing speaks to his dedication and work ethic.
Rounding out the group is senior Brendan Kile, a History and Political Science major from Verona, Wisconsin. A steady contributor to the program, Kile has demonstrated strong commitment on and off the deck.
Together, these five student-athletes exemplify what it means to be a true student-athlete at the Division III level. Their recognition on the CSC Academic All-District Team highlights not only their individual achievements, but also the culture of academic excellence within Ripon swim & dive.
