Anna Alvin ‘11 was an offensive standout for Ripon volleyball. Leading the program in kills in each of her four seasons, Alvin earned three All-Conference Selections across her career, including one first-team and two second-team honors. Her standout 2010 season earned her an MWC Player of the Year award, while ranking 22nd in the NCAA for both kills per set and points per set. Alvin managed 130 more kills than any other conference player in her senior season, which still stands as the third most single-season kills in program history. Also holding the sixth most single-season kills in team history during the 2009 season, Alvin appears on the defensive leaderboard as well, earning the fifth-most career blocks of any Ripon player. Most notably, Alvin holds the third-most kills in school history with 1,323 over her career, still good for a top-thirty position in the Midwest Conference record books fifteen years after her last season.
