Thomas Reader was an All-Midwest Conference selection and the team’s Most Valuable Player for three years. In 1985, Reader broke the school record for the most points in a game (48). In 1986, he broke the single-season record for scoring average and led the Midwest Conference in scoring with 23.3 points per game. That same season, Reader was voted All-American and Most Valuable Player in the NCAA Division-III Regional Tournament.
