Josh Novak ‘11 led Ripon’s offensive line through some of the program’s best ever rushing seasons. Earning three All-Conference selections on the offensive line, including two first team and one second team selections, Novak helped the Red Hawks to dominant ground game performances. In each of his three All-Conference seasons, as the team’s top offensive lineman, Novak’s line helped Ripon lead the Midwest Conference in rushing while ranking inside the top four for scoring. His senior year, the team set a new MWC and program record for rushing with 3,605 yards in the 2010 season, which still stands as the top rushing season for the program sixteen years later. The team also set yet-unbroken school records in total offense and scoring offense. For his efforts in the 2010 season, he was named to D3football.com’s All-West Region team.
