Jordan Baitinger ‘07 was one of Ripon’s best pitchers across one of the program’s most successful stretches. With a career record of 15-2 on the mound, Baitinger holds the third-best career ERA in conference history and stands as one of just eleven MWC players to throw a no-hitter. As a junior, he helped Ripon to the winningest season in program history, throwing six complete games as the team notched 34 wins and earned a perfect 16-0 MWC record. In his senior season, Baitinger became the second player in Division III history to record a no-hitter in a tournament game, doing so in a first-round matchup against St. Olaf. Second in program history for single-season wins and ninth for single-season ERA, Baitinger sustained the 24th best ERA in Division III in his senior season, finishing his career on Ripon baseball’s fourth consecutive conference championship season.
