Ripon College Athletics

Robert Duley's tenure at Ripon began as the track & field coach in 1994, before taking on the role of cross country coach in the fall of 1998. His Ripon track teams won 42 invitational titles and the cross country team has won 25 invitational titles, both of which are the most in Ripon College history in those respective sports.

Duley’s teams have won nine Wisconsin Private College Championships under his watch. He has coached 26 NCAA qualifiers, over 200 MWC medalists, and over 250 Academic All-Conference performers. He has received Midwest Conference Coach of the Year honors on five separate occasions.
